In Google Chrome, the downloaded zip folder will be at the bottom left of your browser, click this folder to open.įor Firefox, you will see a pop up box. In this part of the video, the screen shows the location of the zip folder for three different browsers. Log in with your UOW username and password. Safari and EndNote do not always work well together.įrom the UOW EndNote website, click “Download EndNote zip file”. Please note that if you are using a Mac we highly recommend you use the Firefox browser when working with EndNote.
